I'm in total solidarity with the U.A.W. and especially those oppressed and exploited Stellantis 'term' workers who receive almost half the pay and none of the benefits of their 'full-time' colleagues. Ford and GM convert 'temporary' workers after two years -- it should be no more than 90 days -- and the same should hold for Stellantis temporary employees. I'll never buy any Stellantis product again -- unless this is resolved!
